Terms of Reference

Background

The Philippine Embassy in London, with postal address at No. 6-11 Suffolk Street, SW1Y 4HG, requires the effective provision a communications system composed of an internet, phone line / landline, for its office premises and key personnel.

Scope of work

This is to provide a communications system composed of an internet, phone line / landline, and a mobile phone system of high industry standards for the Embassy premises at the address stated above.  The Embassy premises is composed of five floors (including basement) comprising of office space, meeting rooms, kitchenettes, and common areas.

Deliverables

The scope of the Contract shall include but not be limited to the following:

Premises

All invited parties are welcome to conduct a site visit to assess the area prior to submitting an offer.  Floor plan may be obtained, if required, during the site visit.

Duration of contract

The contract is for the year 2020, with the possibility of extension / renewal, subject to satisfactory performance of the contractor; and with the option to upgrade in order to meet the highest industry standard.

Qualifications of the contractor

Proven track record in rendering satisfactory services to high-end premises.

Financially sound and stable, evidenced by authentic financial statements for the past two years of operation.
