ILAW Ltd. will be offering Filipino Language and Culture classes online for kids, teens and adults, after school, evenings and Saturdays beginning September 2020.
The course syllabus follows the official Common European Framework Reference for levels A1, A2, B1, B2, C1 and C2. All courses will be for 10 weeks.
The Autumn Term will start on 21 September 2020 for weekday classes and on 26 September 2020 for Saturday classes.

Qualified foreign nationals may apply for a 9(a) visa to enter the Philippines by submitting the basic requirements for 9(a) visas (available on this link) and additional documents required by the Inter-Agency Task Force for Emerging and Infectious Diseases (IATF-EID) and the Philippine Bureau of Immigration. To mark Buwan ng Wikang Pambansa this August, Sentro Rizal London invites you to join QuaranTinig: Patimpalak sa Pag-awit, an online singing competition that highlights the Filipino language through Original Pilipino Music (OPM).
Launched by the National Commission for Culture and the Arts, QuaranTinig: Patimpalak sa Pag-awit is free and open to all members of Filipino communities overseas and interested foreign nationals.
Participants must sing and record on video a performance of any Original Pilipino Music (OPM) sung in the Filipino language. Participants can perform solo, as a duet, or assemble as a group, with minus one or live music accompaniment. The entire performance should last for at least two (2) to five (5) minutes, including introduction, if any.
Strictly only one entry per participant will be accepted. Participants are advised to wear appropriate Filipino attire during their recorded performance.
The contest will be conducted online, including the submission of entries to the selection and announcement of winners.
The deadline for submission of entries is on Thursday, 20 August 2020.
